Scalise Marine would like to announce the addition of Thom Drulard as our new Outside Sales Manager. Thom comes from a heavy technical, managerial and sales background and is already a huge benefit for Scalise Marine.
Thom’s arrival will allow Randy to dedicate more time to developing our website and online Sales.
New Look
If you have not been to ScaliseMarine.com lately, stop by. We have improved the look and site navigation to make it easier to find what you are looking for, and we are not done yet. We chose PayPal for their high level of security and ease of implementing the program into the site, but it is not always trouble free, many of our customers do not like dealing with PayPal for their online payments. For this reason, we always welcome your orders via telephone (hint: many times you can save a little on shipping this way). We are in the process of adding our existing merchant account to the site but with 150+ pages and nearly 1500 products, it may take a little while to get the kinks ironed out to make your shopping experience as simple as possible. Stop back often to check our progress, and as always, your comments are welcome.
Update: TechTackle Miniature Fishing Rods and Teak Furniture
After multiple delays and retooling a new factory in China, the much anticipated 2nd Edition is out along with their miniature teak furniture counterparts. For those who were impressed with the first edition, prepare to be wowed by the attention to detail given to these new, much sturdier poles. Three new Penn’s, Van Staal, Accurate and Fin Nor are represented this time, four are straight and two are bent butt rods. click here

We are finalizing the details and permissions to bring you Guy Harvey’s line of carpeting and mats. These will include:
- Wall-to-Wall carpet and custom rugs made of Hand-Tufted wool with hand sculpted accents.
- Wall-to-Wall Broadloom; 100% Wearon nylon Broadloom carpet.
- Indoor Area Rugs made from 100% nylon pile.
- Outdoor Patio Mats made of 100% nylon pile with Urethane non-skid backing.
- Door Mats suitable for interior or exterior use, 100% nylon pile with non-skid backing.
All mats will feature the beautiful artwork of renowned marine artist, Dr. Guy Harvey.
Stratahard
After turning the Eisenglass market on its head 12 years ago with the introduction of Strataglass, the Strataglass company is about to do it again to the rigid enclosure market!
The soon to be released Stratahard is a totally new product from any other rigid product on the market; it is made with PETG (simple way of saying polyethylene terephthalate), also known as co-polyester, and coated with an extremely scratch resistant coating.
This material will not shatter or scratch like acrylics, nor will it craze and yellow like polycarbonate and at .070 mils thickness, it can be sewn! No need to prime and tape or glue, just sew it in as you would Strataglass. Sheet size is the same as Strataglass and Crystal Clear 20/20, 54” x 111”.

Strataglass Seconds
Scalise Marine has obtained the rights to sell Strataglass and Crystal Clear 20/20 seconds. These sheets are rejected for a variety of reasons, including a tear at the edge, a wave in the product, a black spec, or a removed edge that makes it slightly smaller than the average 54” x 111” sheet. All sheets are rated at 90% or better usable product.
This is your chance to get an awesome product at a much reduced rate.
Scalise Marine is also the first to sell both first and second quality sheets in smaller quantities! Purchase just 1 yard, 2 yards, a full sheet or a full 5 sheet drum. This includes both .030 mil and .040 mil Clear or Lt. Smoke tint in either Crystal Clear 20/20 or Strataglass. click here
